Eugenio is a nice and helpful person. The place is perfect for a weekend getaway. Really cozy and nice.

Nice place, wish I saw the dog

The location was really good and Eugenio was friendly and attentive. The tv was nice and the water pressure in the shower was good. If you like a sweet breakfast you are in for a treat.

The interior felt like we were staying with out grandma and the space was small, so it felt like the host was our roommate. Also, we didn't get to see the cute dog everyone speaks about in the reviews.

A lovely B&B in a great location to get around town.

The owner was really helpful and really friendly. Contacted me on the day of our arrival asking when we were turning up and let us in early as well. The location is brilliant. The railway station and town centre are about 20 minutes away. A very generous breakfast is provided. The room is very spacious with a good size bed. The shower was also a good size as well. The resident dog was lovely as well. We were able to store out bags in the property after check out. Thank you for that.

Very good location. An extremely comfortable mattress and pillow that made my sleep deep and restful. Good heating both in the room and in the bathroom. Clean and comfortable. The owners are very kind and responsive to the wishes of the guests. A nice surprise were the light snacks left as a compliment for the guests. Thank you!

Bad

we could not stay in this property. Firstly the owner and his dog were staying in this apartment, my wife is allergic to dogs so it was not possible to stay. a resident owner and his dog were not mentioned on your booking site. It was also not a bed and breakfast as stated -more like the owners apartment where he was renting a room out. We have used Booking.com hundreds of times and have never had a problem like this. we even booked another hotel through your site for that evening. Hotel Roma Bologna - cost £118. I think we should be reimbursed as we were not aware of all the facts when we booked and had to spend double to book another hotel at short notice. Kevin Rutherford.

This place made us feel right at home!

Giacomo and Eugenio made our stay totally stress-free! We had a huge spread of breakfast options every day, and Giacomo gave us a map and city guide, as well as personal recommendations for activities, restaurants, and markets. I asked for suggestions on the easiest way to book a cab, and Giacomo just handled it for me instead! They are lovely and clearly naturally hospitable people, and I would gladly stay with them again.

Go & visit Bologna!

We were greeted with a number of treats and a wonderful welcome from our B&B stay in Bologna. For a short break this is perfect. Breakfast was fantastic!

It's exactly like the pictures portray it - the room is spacious, the bathroom is lovely, everything in perfect accordance with our wishes. My wife was over the moon and your partner will be as well! ;) What's the most crucial is that the AC is as strong as you want it to be and that matters a lot. Even in May the heat in Bologna was kind of unbearable. As for the breakfast, it is great and they spare no expense, but one thing is important to note - it is sweet stuff ONLY, as is the Italian custom. Netflix and Amazon Prime are available on TV, the wifi is 100% great as well. Bonus: they have a VERY cute little doggy whose favorite place is the corridor :D PS Be aware that there is a tiny local tax of 3 euro per person, prepare some small change!

We loved ALL of it! I'll use this space to add that they also let you leave your stuff even after your checkout :) We could walk around Bologna unencumbered and then directly before the flight I popped in to get the bags. Absolutely ideal for you sightseeing purposes!

Everything was great! Giacomo is very nice and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay in that place. It was a quiet room, everything was clean, super comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic as well. If I need to stay in Bologna again, I would definitely choose this place again. Definitely recommend!!

Good short stay in unusual but comfy and romantic B&B

Exceptionally kind and friendly hosts! We were able to drop off our bags prior to check in and leave them after check out. Italian breakfast (bread/biscotti/cereals) is a large spread with numerous options. Room is very large and well appointed with a romantic feel and included a few "welcome" treats. FYI - this is an apartment with only one guest room and the owner or caretaker lives there as well, so it felt more like a fancy AirBnb room rental; we were definitely in someone's home. Very close to shops and restaurants, and about 1 km walk from the sights in the centre or from the train station (two different directions).

Apartment is up two steep, long flights of stairs. There is another apartment building across the street but the area has a very commercial feel to it.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The master bedroom with bathroom was included in the main apartment of the owner of the house. The host was very kind and offered us a generous breakfast. The location was very good, near to city centre on foot.
