No breakfast but a good reasonable cafe nearby which we used twice. Room was a bit basic, but fairly good location from which to explore Bologna and reasonable value for money.

My stay was absolutely incredible, and having the private sauna in the room was a total game-changer. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a remarkably comfortable bed.
A blend of historic Italian architecture with modern luxury.
Highly recommend this for a relaxing, romantic getaway or a restorative weekend.

we had to pay extra €20 +€3 each for a late check in fee and a “staying tax” when there was nothing that mentioned that on booking.com
