Beautiful room in a beautiful old building in the south of the centre of the town. Quite a walk from the station but covered mostly by porticos. Lots of facilities, although when we arrived in torrential rain, there were no drying out options, the radiator didn't work and so we had to use damp towels both days we stayed. It got cold at nights and weeded the duvet covers which weren't on the beds when we arrived. As we got there late at night, there was no-one to welcome us but we did get sent a code to let ourselves in. We never saw anyone in the B&B except the room person and all communication was done via WhatsApp message. I would stay somewhere nearer the centre next time I visit. Overall a pleasant stay which would have benefited with some central heating and drying facilities.

The location is in a residential area close to all the main areas of Bologna , piazza Maggiore was within about 10 minutes walk . The host was attentive and responded quickly .

Beautiful stay, and made even more amazing by the views all around. Definitely recommend downloading WhatsApp a few days before you arrive as that is the best way to be in contact. They’re very attentive, typically answering within a few minutes. This was our 3rd city of our trip, and my husband and I agree that this was the best hotel we’ve stayed in so far. Greeted with a bottle of champagne/brut and water, was the best way to start off our stay, and if we ever come back to Bologna, we’ll definitely stay here again (incredibly walkable to everything, clean, modern, yet the building makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time).
