Lords Seat is an exceptional B&B. Well placed, particularly for hiking, as well as the town of Keswick. John, our host, was most welcoming. There was a good choice of optons for breakfast. Facilities were exceptional all round, including private parking.

Very friendly hosts, room is spacious, bathroom modern, bed comfortable and large, everything is very ckean and well thought of, delicious breakfast. Quiet location.

We felt so incredibly comfortable and relaxed here. The house and rooms were spotless, the breakfasts were delicious and John was lovely.
