Lords Seat Bed & Breakfast

Location was in easy reach of keswick and surrounding areas Rooms were immaculate and breakfast was plentiful and cooked to order. John was a perfect host with lots of local knowledge

Everything was excellent

The room was spacious and really comfortable - a lot of thought and consideration had been given to comfort of guests, even down to a reclining lounge. Breakfast was wonderful. Location spectacular. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful.

A fantastic breakfast each day. The location was quiet with lovely views from the breakfast room. The bedroom and bathroom were beautifully appointed with everything we could possibly want on our 3-night stay. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows (top of my list in importance). John was a very genial host with an amazing amount of information to impart on the local area and The Lakes in general. We will be returning.

Nothing not to like.

This was our first time staying here at this B&B and in the Lake District and I can only say it was phenomenal. The accommodation was stunning with beautiful views all round. The hosts were lovely and very knowledgable of the area, they offered great places to go for dinner in the evening. They were very hospitable and helpful. They were able to suggest places to visit and tell you the best way of getting there. The room was large and spacious and without a doubt the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. The bathroom was also very spacious and immaculately clean. The breakfast was lovely and very fresh. The sunroom where they serve breakfast is very nice with a lovely view. It was a lovely place and I would highly recommend it to anyone. They have Netflix and free view if you want to watch tv and a very comfy settee. This B&B is very reasonably priced for what they provide and where it is.

My only suggestion would be more fruit options at breakfast but I do think if you were to ask they would definitely accommodate
