The location is great, a 2 minute walk to the town centre. The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfy bed. Good shower. Friendly and helpful hosts with a tasty full English breakfast each morning.
Hard to find a parking spot on a bank holiday weekend. Although I did get parked near the guest house it involved a few laps around the block to drop on to a space.

Comfy, quiet, very clean. Lovely owners, Alison specially was super helpful and lovely. I felt very welcomed
Breakfast was good but a bit smaller than I anticipated but it wasn’t bad.
