The perfect hotel for a short break away in the lakes

10/10 recommend Fellpack house. Lovely hospitality from the staff. The rooms were really comfy, warm and clean. Excellent shower. Location is perfect for lots of walks and 1-2 minutes away from the centre of Keswick. Breakfast in the morning was good quality and good portion sizes. Very good price for the quality of hotel.

A lovely, recent, modern conversion making for a beautiful and comfortable building and facilities. Breakfast delicious - from a range of options. Staff friendly and very helpful. A wonderful and perfectly convenient spot on edge of town towards the lake, with views over the park.

A five star experience with exceptional customer service!

Beautiful property. Quality apparent in everything: furnishing, bed linen, tea tray, toiletries and breakfast. The real stand out are the staff: supremely efficient, welcoming and so friendly. Ben is a joy to meet and do is Callum. The breakfast ladies are efficient, unobtrusive and can’t do enough for you. Even the music fits in this beautifully thought out property. We ate at Fellpack Kitchen and that had the same lovely vibe and fabulous service. The cooked to order breakfast was exceptional. Cannot wait to return. The boot room was a great idea.

Excellent, top quality in every way

The location is perfect for walking to the lake and into town, parking had lots of options and the staff were all absolutely excellent! Friendly, informative and helpful. The breakfast was beautiful and lots of choice I would highly recommend.

If I was being very picky I would just say the room we were in was quite cold, but it is January and would not stop us going again.

A dream stay!

Everything! The decor is beautiful - really striking but simple and understated. Our room was luxurious but so calm and cosy too. The breakfast area was the same - really beautiful but simple decor that didn’t distract from the gorgeous view. Also loved the location - just a stroll to the centre of Keswick and hundred yards from the wonderful Fellpack restaurant. Food there is interesting, fabulous and incredibly good value. The girl who runs it is so on it - noticing everything that needs to be done. Really quick stress free service. Just wow!!!

The hotel is beautifully decorated. Location is great Like that you can park your car in private car park

This was our second visit and was very disappointed that the heating was turned off which made the room Very cold and uncomfortable and in the morning it took a long time for it to heat up. There wasn’t a choice of eggs or beans for breakfast.

A gorgeous boutique hotel, a perfect stay in Keswick

A beautiful boutique hotel, loved everything about our stay, from the suite overlooking the park, to the perfect G&Ts in the lounge, attentive staff & gorgeous breakfast. Can’t fault it. Tip: eat at The Fellpack, 2 minutes away from the hotel.

A very pleasant stay!

The whole stay felt like a real treat! When I booked it I thought it was expensive but you get what you pay for and I was not disappointed. Lovely room, bed, staff, and breakfast. Great location too! Boot room was a welcoming surprise and used! It was pretty rubbish weather and the secure boot room was just the ticket to dry our wet gear!

No lift, but only because I was recovering from surgery and had to climb three flights of stairs. My fault - I should have requested a room on the first floor.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Only 20 minute walk into the centre of Keswick

We had a friendly welcome from Callum when we arrived. Our room was luxurious, with tea/coffee facilties and a TV with everything from Netflix to the Disney channel. A good choice at breakfast, and free on street parking was a bonus.

If I'm being really really picky... The bathroom towels were a little of the dry/rough side. Would be nice if they were softer or fluffier. More cookies or bigger cookies!!!

It was a great hotel very clean, it was spotless the bathroom and shower is great the bed is big and super comfy they have tea / coffee and cookies which is a nice touch. The location is good walking distance to the town and lake and the breakfast was incredible very good value and highly recommend

A very nice guest house which surpassed our expectations

Our stay was a treat for my wife and surpassed our expectations. The staff were very friendly and great and catered for our every need. The room was really nice with attractive decor. The bed was very comfy. We had a drink in the evening which was complemented with some crisps which was a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent and again, the staff went above and beyond. An example was that a table was cleared so we could sit with a window view. It's getting nearer nowadays to feel like a real customer in many places so it was great to feel this at Fellpack House. We would definitely return and would recommend to family and friends.
