The location was excellent and within walking distance to the town center, Keswick boat landing, and grocery store. The room was nicely decorated and clean. Comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

They provided a good fan to combat the heat wave. Friendly check in. Nice bed and bathroom.
All pre-paid breakfast was served individually when you sat down. I prefer juices, coffee, cereal etc to be self serve. Being top floor up 3 flights was a bit of a pain.
