Inn on the Square

A perfectly located, immaculate hotel that is beautifully styled with great staff. The public areas were contemporary and sophisticated creating a really lovely atmosphere and our bedrooms and en-suites were lovely too with some lovely views. 305 overlooks the town square with its lovely triple window and is spacious, stylish and very comfortable. My friends stayed in 215, a Hardwick room with a lovely Mountain View. They said it was also very comfortable and beautiful too. We loved being able to park in the hotel garage area and found the food at both dinner and breakfast to be excellent: a varied menu of delicious food at very reasonable prices. The quality was excellent as were the portions. The staff throughout the hotel were all really friendly, helpful and kind. I contacted the hotel in advance and booked the garage area, we arrived very early and were very fortunate to be able to check-in immediately as our rooms were ready too: the staff, particularly Philippa, Maria and Siri went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Thank you, we had a great time and hope to return in the future.

Nothing; if we are being really picky, perhaps you could add some earl grey or peppermint tea-bags to the in-room trays?

Disturbed by neighbouring venues playing music loudly till 1am

It was central but parking was a big problem

Parking Some staff (80%) were not interested in whether you were ok or not. They were robotic. ‘ you can check in at 3 pm and only then.. I checked and your room is not ready’ (this was at 2.20 pm and the young lad had not glanced at the information)). It was awful on that front and we will never stay there again.
