Lorna was very welcoming as a host. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble, and the breakfast provided was exceptional and flexible in terms of timings. Lorna also had great knowledge of the immediate and surrounding area that maximised what we were able to experience during our stay. We will definitely be returning!!!

Breakfast was good and made to order. TV options included ITV and Sky Kids. Lorna was very friendly and did all of our laundry while we were out enjoying Keswick. The location was close (1 mile) to the town center, with lots of restaurants and cafes. Hope Park and Derwentwater Lake were beautiful!
Street parking was slightly up a hill across the street. Three flights of stairs with no lift made it difficult with the luggage, but Lorna did help with one bag. The room was a little musty at first, but opening the window (tilt) helped.

Everything you needed, a lot of thought has gone into making your stay very comfortable. The bed, linen and towels very nice. Breakfast excellent quality ingredients
