Location was about a 10 minute walk away from Keswick town which was fine. Breakfast was amazing. Poached eggs were absolute perfection! Lorma was very nice and friendly

Lorna is an excellent host and made myself and kids feel so welcome straight away. The room was the perfect size for us and beds were very comfortable. All the little touches were very welcome. Beds were very comfy. Location slightly out of town centre but the walk into town (15-20 mins) is beautiful, alongside a lovely stream. We had no trouble with buses to various locations. Just downloaded the Stagecoach app as suggested by Lorna. Keswick is wonderful, lots of restaurants, book ahead in Summer. Would definitely stay again. Thank you
Only slight issue with internet as we were at top of property. Wouldn’t stop us returning
