the location was only a few minutes walk from the town centre so shopping and eating was easy.
the room was very comfortable and clean with good facilities.
the host was helpful and friendly.
Parking was a bit tricky. we had to park a little distance away, but given the location
we were expecting this.
this would not put us off going back.

The location and cost. Very clean and the cleaner nips in to change the bins which was a great extra. I'm not too sure why people said it was dated ect as its an guesthouse and thats what you are paying for. If you want generic and souless stay elsewhere.

Very comfortable room, convenient location for town facilities and short walk to the lake.
Shower / toilet cubicle a little cramped for a tall person, but no other downside.

Being back in keswick itself
The lack of parking keswick is a lovely place but won't choose lyndhurst guest house again ,no host to greet you it felt like once we paid they didn't want to know £360 for three nights no breakfast so had to go searching for places to go.
