We just needed bed and breakfast and somewhere to park overnight

OK but a sugar basin for our table would be better than having sugar only on the cereal table.

A hand towel would have been better than using a bath towel when hand washing.

Amazing experience !!!!

Winchester House is an amazing place to stay. The location is few minute's walk from Keswick town centre, where you can find plenty of dining places. The room was spacious and spotless with clean linen. The breakfast was amazing, especially the cumbrian breakfast. Mr.Ian provided us with some valuable information about the local attractions during our breakfast.

The check in time starts only at 5 pm.

Lovely B&B in great location

The B&B is close to the centre of Keswick so ideal for going for walks and into the town. The B&B had everything you could need. The dry room was good for drying our walking boots.

Great location, friendly staff & very dog friendly. Loved how the staff left you young come & go & gave you space.

There was nothing much not to like but if I was to be picky, I’d say I would’ve liked our towels to be changed more & probably would’ve preferred a slightly bigger room but we really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay

The location is fabulous near to the town centre with free on road parking. Also located near to the park which is a bonus for the early morning dog walk Absolutely dog friendly and even the dog gets a treat at breakfast

Only one slight dislike is that check starts at 5. We understand the reasoning and that would not stop us returning which we will next year

The breakfast was nice good local produce-location great

The host, on arrival he would not let us use the toilet my friends b&b a few doors down let us use there's, the host came across as rude and we felt we inconvenienced him with anything we asked.

Lovely place

Not far from the centre and didn't have problems to park on the street. Ian and Debbie were very nice and helpufull to plan your day and walks. Our dog was very wellcome everywhere like at home. Beakfast was excellent too.

You can hear everything from other rooms, people talking, showering, flushing toilets...and been wake up with all that late at night after a long day was a annoying.

Great stay!

This is in an ideal location, close enough to the town for pubs and lovely walks. Winchester House is incredibly dog friendly, very welcoming and Ian and Debbie are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was very tasty and the rooms were very cosy. We had such a lovely time!

Great !

Winchester House was prefect place to stay. The location was good being close to the town centre. They accommodated dogs which was lovely because my Bailey had his own holiday after being cuddled and given loads of treats. It had a tele in the room to use Netflix/Disney if you have an account already etc if wanted an early night which was a nice perk! The staff were lovely and very helpful will definitely be staying again!
