Clean, well presented, with lovely hosts. Excellent breakfast. Great location, 5 min walk into Keswick centre.
No real complaints for the price bracket. Parking is a lottery, the rooms aren't large, and a bath would be brilliant, but then the rooms would be twice the price. It's a really good, clean, pleasant little place for exploring the Lakes on a budget.
