Excellent location, clean, wonderful hosts.
En-suite was very small, also shower could do with a door as opposed to curtain as it leads to a very wet slippery floor.

Great location , few minutes to the town centre , few mins to Fitz park where you can start walk along the railway walk or Latrigg .Great breakfast to start the day to . Nice host with advice on walks . Will return next year all being well .

Location of the property and host are really friendly.
The breakfast was lovely, but we expected there to be cerial, fruit,yougart etc to help yourself too on the sideboard.
