Silverdale Guesthouse is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, the friendly, helpful hosts made us feel genuinely welcome. Their attention to detail and local knowledge added so much to the stay. The location couldn’t be better — peaceful, convenient, and perfect for exploring the area. Every corner of the guesthouse is spotlessly clean, creating a calm, comfortable atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. And the breakfast… truly the best I’ve had at any guesthouse. Fresh, generous, beautifully prepared — the kind of breakfast that sets the tone for a great day. I’d happily return and recommend Silverdale Guesthouse to anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and exceptional hospitality.

Lovely place. Excellent location. Free private parking a real boon the Friendly staff helped with our bags explained how the shower worked allowed us to leave our car there after we'd booked out of the room as we were not leaving the area straight away
The bed was hard and the pillows too thin. Which is a shame as everything else was perfect but a comfortable bed is most important
