Lovely place, easy access to Keswick and it's own parking. The room's were very clean and comfortable, nice hot showers.
Breakfast was a fresh cooked full English as you expect and was great. The Owner was lovely and very helpful.

The owners were very welcoming & the room had everything needed for a weekend away. The breakfast was lovely too. We would definitely recommend and if we returned to Keswick we would stay there again.

It was clean and well presented, the owners were very friendly and helpful, the room was warm and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, fairly spacious with a most excellent shower.
We missed breakfast the first morning due to taking part in an event, but found they had left us some bananas and apples for us. We had the full breakfast the next day which was spot on.
And they have their own parking spots for 4 cars!
Definitely will use again , as we had a lovely stay.

We have nothing but praise for the hosts, the bedroom, the breakfast and the friendly advice and help on what to see and do. Couldn't have made a better choice and would definitely return.
