The customer service felt the coziest and made me feel like home! The breakfast was sooo delicious and very generous with the quality and quantity!

Very good value. I had a single room with a brilliant view of the Catbells and surrounding mountains.
I could hear my next door neighbour snoring. Luckily, I was well prepared with a pair of earplugs.

Great location and accommodation very clean
Breakfast limited, 3 cereals and full english. Only available for 30 mins and although obviously cooked fresh but did feel.like it was cooked and kept warm until you sat down. Was then very quickly asked to leave the table as soon as finished so cleaning could take place. Didn't feel like the relaxing start of the day I was expecting.
Didn't feel particularly welcome by the host in comparison with other places I've stayed.
