This B+B has the best location in all of Keswick. The views from the window across the park, to Derwentwater, Cat Bells and Walla Crag were amazing. Absolutely stunning.

The room was big and the views was amazing. All staff friendly and breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice too.

The decoration appeared fresh and the furniture suited the room. We had a small problem when the shower nearly overflowed, this was reported and was resolved while we were away from the room during the day. The view from our room was spectacular.The staff we met on arrival were conversational and this was followed by friendly banter during breakfast. The quality of breakfast was second to none.
There was nothing that we disliked.

The central position in town is perfect for walks to the lake and hills. It’s also great for pubs and restaurants with its own car park.
