Great location with Keswick centre and Derwent Water right on the doorstep. Friendly staff, a cozy and clean room, and a tasty breakfast. The hotel also offers beautiful views and plenty of parking.

The view from the room was stunning! It was nice and clean (cleaned daily) and served the purpose for somewhere to sleep and get changed in.
A mirror in the room would have been handy. Although there was one in the bathroom, this would be steamy after the shower and if the other person was in the bathroom it made it difficult. It was a very basic room. I had to go use a mirror at the bottom of the stairs. Also the fire alarm went off twice but the staff were great about it and identified that there is a fault and will be getting it sorted.
