The location is really good. It’s very close to the centre of Keswick and also very close to the lake. The room was clean.Breakfast was fantastic. The staff is very polite and helpful.
There was slight issue with the heating, but it got resolved very quickly.
Front door is usually locked, so you have to through the back door. Not a problem, but still i would prefer to use the front door of the building.

Great location with easy walk to Keswick centre and Derwent Water. Quiet location.
Toilet paper holder poorly placed. Although it was a smart TV, there was no YouTube. (Disney and Amazon were however available thanks to others, but would depend on room) (Smart TVs add a lot of complexity for the hotel, although casting screens from a phone may be.possible, you do not know which room the picture will appear in)

Fantastic view over Cat Bells from the bedroom. Excellent breakfast. Very easy access to Keswick centre and the lake. Second time we have stayed here and will stay again definitely!
Nothing could have improved our stay - we were very satisfied

Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful. Nice view from window and great location.
The room was very small and the bed was small. Room was very bland with no nice features. For the price I would have expected much better.
