Very comfortable room with excellent view. Very clean and well equipped with space to relax. Great location within easy access to the lake and the town centre. Good restaurants nearby.

The location was great, very close to the town centre and lake.
The window in our room had quite a bit of dust and could use a better clean. We had an uncomfortable moment when it was suggested we hadn't paid for the stay, even though the total amount was settled in full during check-in. Clearing up the payment records before speaking with guests would help avoid that awkward situation.
