Traditional Lakeland period house in a great location, minutes’ walk from all the lovely eateries, pubs and shops of Keswick. The owners are extremely kind and thoughtful, and the breakfasts are excellent.

Perfect location, clean spacious room, fantastic breakfast and a great touch with the bowl of chewy sweeties at the door

The owner was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. Breakfast was good (although you have to order exactly what you want the day before)
The ‘double room’ was really a single attic room with a double bed squeezed in. The bed itself was hard and uncomfortable. We were on the top floor, 30+ steps upstairs from the entrance, just something to be aware of after a day out walking. Check out was 10am, with fines if you’re late!
