Excellent stay, room was spotless and we were even upgraded. Emma the hostess was really lovely and helpful and breakfast was very good

I have given a mark of 10/10 because there was absolutely nothing to fault. Arrival instructions were clear and simple and worked. The room was large and comfortable and the en-suite facilities were perfect, I only had a small breakfast, which was exactly as ordered, but I could see other guests with fully cooked breakfasts (comprehensive choice available) which they clearly enjoyed. Emma was a lovely host. The town centre was a five minute walk, if that, and so the location was just great.
I cannot think of anything that could have been improved.
