Fabulous guest house 5 mins walk into the centre and 10 mins walk to Derwentwater.
Emma was a great host serving a lovely fresh breakfast each morning .
The whole property was spotlessly clean and fresh and we would definitely recommend to family and friends . Thank you Emma.

Gorgeous guesthouse in the lovely town of Keswick. Emma was so friendly and hospitable. Cosy and comfy room, excellent breakfast and fab location. Views of the mountains and wonderful park and bus stop just across the road.
