It's a real old fashioned, classic B&B. Nothing flashy but extremely comfortable bed and lovely fried breakfast. OK- no fruit, yoghurt, etc but it's not a big hotel and Wayne and Alison are consistently friendly and helpful. It's close to the centre of town and if you want value for money and something clean, quiet and comfortable then this is recommended.
The telly is old school. The breakfast is quite limited but nevertheless beautifully cooked and tasty.

Fantastic hosts nothing to much trouble and very friendly, location was great just a short walk into town, room was bigger than expected,really comfy bed and lovely views of the mountains. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality, parking was easy and free on surrounding roads.Overall very enjoyable stay and would definitely go back again when visiting keswick

The location of Craigside is very good and within an easy walk of Keswick mainstreet.
The accommodation was really good and as usual we were locatgerd upstairs which for an oplder couple becomes terdious after 5 weeks of travel with BNB.
