The room was nice and warm and the beds were very comfortable. We had excellent breakfasts both mornings and the guest house was convenient for town.
There was nothing major to dislike, just that I'm used to a more powerful shower.

Breakfast was terrific, our room was spacious and comfortable with ensuite and tea and coffee making facilities. Located within easy walking distance to town which has a great selection of shops, pubs and places to eat.

A warm welcome from Alison and Wayne.We had a lovely comfortable bed and room, everything was spotless. Good breakfast , convenient parking , location great just a 5 min walk into Keswick centre.
