Everything about the Ferndene was excellent,it was close to the town centre,Hope Park, and the Lake. The breakfast was superb with lots of choices,there was also private parking which was great in a busy town like Keswick.Would highly recommend.

Good location, easy to find and parking was available. Staff were helpful and friendly
The room was clean and had a nice facilities box with tea, coffee and biscuits etc. The shower was good with instant hot water and the towels were very soft and fluffy. The breakfast were really good too.
The bed was very firm and the pillows flat so we didn’t sleep well. The mini fridge in the room took up too much space for an already compact room and was a little noisy.

Sink in the bedroom not the bathroom
Parking area very small and always blocked in by other guests
Could hear other guests through wall
We were in an annexe which meant we had to brave the elements at breakfast time.
