Lorraine and her husband are very welcoming, kind and helpful. The breakfast is very complete and homemade and there is always extras like toasts, fruit and yoghurt. She also baked a delicious cake and left some for every guest to find upon coming to the house one evening. We had to leave early on our last day to catch our train and they were very accommodating in arranging an early breakfast for us. The room and bathroom were super clean and the house was very quiet and silent despite being full.

The property is in an excellent location - only a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Keswick. Parking may be challenging, but we were fortunate enough to find a spot close by. The property is immaculate and very well run. Our room was very clean, warm and comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent! Thank you for a lovely weekend!
