Great location, just a short walk into Keswick town centre. Well maintained, lovely, comfortable guest house. Everything you need in this home from home ! The host Tim was brilliant. Has knowledge about local area, places to visit and places to eat. Smashing fella. Made us feel so welcome. His breakfast is delicious. 10/10 all around :)
The only negative was the parking around the streets. Everywhere was so busy. Property has 1 space for dropping off cases/bags etc which is a huge bonus.

Loved the location, super clean space, well made breakfast with options, knowledgeable, friendly host and very cool interiors
We found our room to be pretty small- that said, it was a lovely room.

Very clean and tidy. Good variety for breakfast, with juices, cereal, nuts, yoghurt etc followed by a full English breakfast. Tim was great with recommendations for walks, pubs or restaurants. Highly recommend ☺️.
