Perfect B&B stay in the heart of Keswick

Such a perfect location, a couple of minutes walk from town. Our host Tim was great, super chatty and lovely, he made us feel at home. Everywhere was incredibly neat and clean, the breakfast was so delicious! Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic B&B and great location.

Absolutely loved it and will definitely stay there again when we next visit Keswick. The room was lovely and the proprietor was friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely also. The location was great and just a short walk to the centre.

Friendly welcome of host who showed genuine interest in his guests. The communal breakfast table worked well on this occasion leading to friendly useful and interesting exchanges between guests and host. Good location.

Delightful stay, friendly welcome, lovely room, and ten minute walk from the centre of Keswick.

Very smart, spotlessly clean room. Compact, but perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was delicious, especially the locally made sausages. Friendly greeting from the owner, made sure we had everything we needed.

Really lovely B&B - Tim was an amazing host! Great location (close to the town and the lake) and nice interiors. The smallest room is indeed quite small so maybe not ideal if you want to spend a lot of time indoors but perfect as a base for some outdoor adventures and town strolls.

Excellent location - easy walking distance to the shops and theatre in Keswick. Lovely decor and fabulous breakfast. The hotel was clean and well maintained and Tim was a superb host - personable, welcoming and friendly.

Excellent place to stay!

The location is excellent and only a five minute walk to the town. We had no issue locating a parking space near the property despite the street appearing to be busy. Our room was small which we were aware of, but it was clean and tidy and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent and prepared us for the day. We think it's a fantastic place to stay and would recommend it to everyone.
