"Breakfast was excellent and went beyond plus went out of there way to make sure you had had enough. All in all couldn't fault the stay. Location or the couple running the b&b was all excellent"

The hosts Colin and Sarah are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their locale whether it's places to eat and drink or recommendations on where to go, etc. The place is spotlessly clean and the room we stayed was bright and airy with large bay windows to two aspects and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was really tasty with lots of options available. The location is excellent as the surrounding streets are quiet yet it is only five minutes walk to Keswick Town centre and 10 minutes to yhe lakeside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will return. We highly recommend staying here.
