We liked this guest house because it had its own little car park, so we didn’t have to pay extra for that or have the stress of finding somewhere to park.
Paul the owner was very nice and helpful.
Our room was tastefully decorated and clean and a good supply of different teas, coffee, hot chocolate and some caramel wafers which was a nice touch.
The breakfast was superb, lots of choice and you can choose a regular or large one, the sausages are the best I’ve had anywhere.
It is also in a handy location for getting into the main area, about a 5 minute walk.
I can’t think of anything we didn’t like about it

Parking, Good facilities and great location. it has everything you need for a short break. The host Paul was amazing, friendly and caring. Breakfast was great.

The facilities met my needs for a short break. Great location, right in middle of the beautiful town of Keswick. 2 minute walk to the lake. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.
A mini fridge would have been ideal. Bed was not as comfortable to sleep on, but still did its job! The shower head/room needed a scrub.
