Paul was an excellent host, very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also lovely. The guest house is clean and comfortable and in a great location.

Great location very close to town centre but quiet . Hearty breakfast cooked to order , with good selection of hot and cold food . Property was cosy, well appointed, lovely views over the fells . Great to have private parking . Paul is a great host .
Room was quite small and nowhere comfortable to sit other than the bed. But understand this is typical of the style of guest house , and not really an issue as most guests are out all day !

Location perfect. Short walk into centre of Keswick and to Theatre on the Lake. Friendly host.
Excellent breakfast, cooked to perfection, extra toast, tea and coffee available on request.
Parking at rear of property.

Just a stone’s throw from the town centre, (with parking!). Well-appointed. Warm, comfortable room, comfy bed, had everything we needed. Breakfast was fantastic, with real coffee and thick slices of toast. Paul, as host, is warm, friendly, welcoming, helpful. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
