We were so lucky to find this place at short notice due to a cancellation. Excellent position close to the town and Fitz park and Derwent water. The room was excellent and the breakfast was delicious couldn't fault it. Will definitely be going back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Abercourt!
A lovely bonus was that our room was ready on arrival at 10.45! We turned up early just to park and get on with our day as the weather was gorgeous but we were able to check in! We were told this is because they are only open weekends up until this time of year so Im sure that will not be the case through the summer but we were very grateful for that!
The room was clean and had everything we needed! Tea, coffee and water provider. En suite was lovely, shower hot and powerful.
Breakfast was amazing, I had the muesli and fruit and plenty of tea and toast with my full English. You can choose the day before and its cooked to order!
Location was fantastic, literally a min walk front or back and you are in the square! And then at the top of the road is the river and Fitz Park. You are close to everything! Finally, the hosts could not do enough for us and were absolutely lovely! Couldn't fault this place!

The Location in Keswick is very good being close to the Town and the Park
Breakfast is very good even though timings are limited
Parking arrangements are poor
We asked for some Extra Milk and the reply was its 8 a day, we did receive a jug, a notice in our room stated if you want extra milk to ask, Johns attitude was not what I would expect from the owner
