The room was clean and very nice with a lovely view of the mountainside. Sharron the host was lovely. The breakfast was excellent. The location is lovely and quiet. An ideal spot from which you can explore the local area.
The shower was a bit small for me, although I am not and the tv was a bit dated.

Amazing location just outside Keswick easy walk into town. Room was perfect and clean for our 2 nights stay. Sharon was just the loveliest of hosts, such an amazing breakfast was prepared each morning with so many choices all homemade too, kept us fuelled for our busy hikes.
Only problem was the on street parking on the street across but understandably the best location for the accommodation.

Everything! It was clean, comfortable and well-organised. Sharon ( the host) was so lovely and helpful. She recommended lots of great walks, places to see and eat at. She also advised on short cuts into the town of Keswick from Burnside so you could walk in rurally. The room was comfortable with little extra touches like extra radiators to dry wet clothes and a little mint each day to Dave with our coffee. The breakfast was great too with good choices and we would probably return purely for her home-made marmalade! ( other home made jams also available).
There is nothing that I didn’t like about this property.

Our host Sharon, was very friendly, helpful, organised and attentive.
Our room on the front of the property was immaculately clean, warm and comfortable but suffered slightly from road traffic noise.
