This felt like visiting an old friend in a different city. The solo room was so cosy and it made me feel safe as a solo traveler. The owner Andrew was the most attentive host whose peaceful manners makes you feel at ease at all times. Everything was clean and smelled good. Breakfast was lovely. Location was also perfect - I had no car and I could get everywhere by foot or bus. Any walk from the B&B will just be so beautiful. Thank you to the Powe House for the last few days. I hope to be back soon! :-)

The B and B was out of this world in an 18th century listed building in beautiful grounds The breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice. It was in the beautiful village of Portinscale with the Farmers Arms pub next door. We were able to walk into Keswick
Everything was perfect
