Friendly accommodating hosts who offer great personal service and go above & beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Rooms clean, modern and fully equipped ( including hairdryer). Lovely view from rooftop rooms, - I'm a light sleeper and had no issues with noise even with windows open overnight. Fresh milk is available free of charge for guests to use in their rooms, which is a nice alternative if you don’t like UHT milk. Breakfast has excellent variety and the full english is delicious. Location offers easy access to Keswick, either by a short drive or a walk of about 1 mile, with a bus option also available. - Hosts are very knowledgeable about the area and can help with places to visit, restaurants, walks and directions. I would definately recommend this B&B.

Excellent location, short walk into Keswick. Comfortable spacious room, additional access to fridge for cold milk and delicious cake. Good choice for breakfast and a friendly atmosphere.

Lovely location with great views. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Friendly and warm welcome from Craig and an excellent breakfast by Claire. Hosts are happy to help with recommendations for trips out and local pubs and restaurants. They also offer a digital app to help you plan your stay and activities. Would definitely visit again.
