Debbie was a great & thoughtful host. Providing some herbal teas for our room was a very nice touch. The daily top ups of coffee and biscuits were also very appreciated. Skiddaw Croft felt very homely; the room was lovely, as was the food. There were also some pheasants roaming the garden which is a nice addition to the vibe.

The view from the room is brilliant, the B&B is well organised, the breakfast was excellent with lots of selection - with good portion sizes. Room and bed was very comfortable and well thoughtout. Host - Debbie was really warm and welcoming and could not be more helpful. Visited LD for many years - first time staying in Portinscale - will book again in future - good location - parking no problem.
