The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable. The lift was very useful. Evening meal and breakfast were delicious. All staff were courteous and friendly.

Really friendly staff. Good menu throughout the day. Beautiful comfortable room (room 22) with stunning views of the fells. Large corner shower in the good sized bathroom. Excellent base for exploring the lakes and Cumbrian coast
Just be aware there is no lift and the stairs down to reception are quite steep....but the room was worth the climb.😀
