Room was clean and staff were very nice and freindly. Location was good too.

Property is a bit dated & I stayed in room 10 which in the morning you can hear the breakfast being prepared at 6:00 in the morning. Heating doesn’t come on till 15:00 at night.

Lovely property rooms were clean nd spacious and close to local amenities in Keswick. The staff are fabulous and breakfast is beautiful ❤️ 👌
