View from "Mountain view bedroom" was amazing. Modern, comfortable hotel, friendly staff. Very quiet whilst we were there on a Wednesday and unfortunately dinner not served on Wednesdays, but plenty of choice of restaurants in nearby Keswick. Decor was very tasteful, breakfast good. We were the only guests in the building overnight plus one or two staff, very isolated situation but that is part of its charm.
Only one member of staff on Reception when we arrived, engaged in long conversation, but she did apologise for our wait.

Lovely location
The room was very small, not much room for us with our dog, quite small area, with limited space for our clothes .

Great location Wonderful food Friendly staff Dog-friendly Fabulous room Clean
Room was rather hot due to weather and air conditioning unit did not work very well. Aside from that it was perfect!

Room was lovely and the views amazing
My only gripe is that the duvet was far too thick hence I kept waking up as was too hot.
