Lovely and warm, clean and quiet - we seemed to be the only guests around on a bank holiday weekend - and great to have large kitchen and dining room to ourselves. Very good location near the station, the beach and a Co-op shop. Excellent shower 🚿 and en suite bathroom. Breakfast cereals, jams, tea and coffee freely available.
Seemed to be a problem with the toilet endlessly flushing so probably needs attention. We fixed temporarily by lifting lid and pressing flush button that way.
A sea view would be amazing!

Location, easy check in , big room and very clean . Bathroom looked brand new . Plenty of towels , off street parking. Would stay again & recommend.

The room was a good size and the bathroom was nice. Very good you could use the kitchen facilities and cereals, marmalade etc was there to use. Although for almost £90 per night you would expect a cooked breakfast really.
The TV didn’t work, nothing happened when you pressed the remote. There was a switch under the TV but just said the WiFi signal was to weak. The toilet was on constant flush, unless you flushed it again after 30 mins or so, very annoying.The room looked a bit tired, curtains hanging off their rings, furniture needed updating and windows were very dirty.
The front door was left unlocked all weekend and the owners weren’t there.
For nearly £90 a night you would expect a lot better.
