Ease of location for Scafell Pike and close to beach. Very good size of room with good en-suite. Plenty of useful and helpful information. And a very handy fridge. Good parking also.

Was a comfortable stay but lacking a breakfast. Not good value at over £100.

The cleaners were very helpful and clearly kept the inside clean and tidy.

No one on site to look after bookings and no breakfast available.

spacious room, cleanliness, kitchen facilities

On a sweltering hot day, the window in my south facing room wouldn't open. I left a message at the Bailey Ground Hotel but noone replied. I walked down to the hotel and the receptionist advised that I could take another available room. These were all in the attic and were hotter than mine on 1/F. The biker guest staying in room 3 was very noisy and the thin dividing wall didnt help matters.

Nice little games room with pool, darts and TV but didn't actually meet anyone during my short stay!

A few moments from the rail station and beach. Good shop nearby. Big comfortable room.

Heating system controlled by a phone app or something I don't understand and wasn't equpped to deal with. The tried and tested technology of a switch would have worked.

Really smart bathroom and room decor was smart if a little older in parts of the room. Much better than expectations. Loads of options for breakfast too which was left in the room (no cooked breakfast due to Covid). Overall much better than expected.

The outside looks a little drab and you could hear the TV in other rooms

Good value for business travelers

Easy check-in and check-out, centrally located in Seascale but in a quiet street away from the town's bustling nightlife. The beach and all major tourist attractions are less than 5 min walking away from the venue. Comfortable bed and hot shower. Sellafield main gate is ca. 40 minutes walk away.

No wired or wireless internet access in the room, and no staff available to ask for assistance. Breakfast is served in a restaurant 10 minutes away from the venue, which is a bit inconvenient when it's raining.
