Warm welcome, management and staff lovely. Breakfast very good cooked to order, didn't have dinner on this occasion, but previous visits the food has been very good.
Bathroom, position of mirror directly above the basin make it very difficult to use easily, perhaps a vanity unit would offset the basin away from the mirror.

The sound insulation could be better. You can hear it in your room whenever someone closes a door.

Sad room. No net curtain but window outside where staff hang out. Electric chargers x 3 and none worked.
