Easy to find, free parking 200 yards away. The rooms are functional but very clean. During the week (when i stayed) it was very quiet. An excellent shower with plenty of hot water. All round a very good place at a very good price.

A Dog Friendly Traditional Inn. Communication with the team was excellent and Jamie the receptionist was expecting our arrival. An excellent rate for the room, which was exceedingly cheaper than the hotel across the road.
Rooms were cosy but not to small, ensuite with a coffee/tea facilities and spotlessly clean. If your travelling the UK and want a traditional pub/hotel with genuine staff who are working hard to keep the business viable go stay here and you will not be disappointed.
Alternatively if you want a brand hotel, with fitness facilities. a hot tube, jacuzzi etc etc and are willing to pay £150 a night rather than the £43 I spent, change your settings to reflect this, sadly though you will miss out on a unique stay in this friendly, hospitable pub/inn

Basic but functional stay. Completely acceptable for the price you pay. Digital access to building and room worked well and I assume keeps costs down. More of our closed down pubs should be converted along the lines of this model. Absolutely fantastic pub just across the road with great food, beer and vibe. Completely fine for a one night stop.
