Location great , beds very comfortable , when we checked in owner really friendly

All good and very convenient. I wanted a room with some basic facilities, microwave, fridge etc. This was all good, and if desired I could have ha breakfast each day in the hosts dining room.
Nothing really. Everything was clean and fresh. Shower was good but temperature was a bit variable.

On first impressions it looked perfect. Bed comfy Nice towels Bathroom clean
None of the oap or shampoo dispensers actually worked. The bin in the kitchenette area was absolutely stuffed full on both sides and clearly hadn't been emptied in ages No cutlery or bowl or plate - despite there being a microwave. Just a set of knifes and forks for the number of guests in the room 1 bowl and 1 plate would suffice
