Very lovely and cosy hotel right next to the beach. The location is excellent if you’re looking for a calm and peaceful vacation, right next to the beach with a beautiful coastal walking path in both directions.
The hotel restaurant served great food at very reasonable prices, which made dining very convenient and enjoyable. I especially recommend the fish and chips — they were very good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staffs were very helpful throughout our stay.
One small note is that the waitress did not ask us about our dinner experience or how we felt about the food, while we noticed they did check in with other tables — perhaps because we are East Asian and they may have assumed we weren’t keen on small talk (can’t say they was totally wrong)
Overall, a wonderful experience in a relaxing setting and we would happily recommend the place.

Really enjoyed, lovely refurbishment.
Food & staff were all lovely
The only criticism is when we asked for the wine list , there wasn't one. For the price we can take that.

There weren’t enough staff despite the premises being rammed full. The staff simply couldn’t cope.
We were unable to sleep during our two night stay due to mice scratching behind the headboard all night. We reported the problem twice but didn’t get any apology or feedback from the owner/management.
