Excellent studio flat, everything new and generally very clean.
Dropped something down the side of settee cushion, on lifting cushion found lots of food crumbs, needs cleaning.

Very modern and comfortable accommodation, convenient to the train and complete with onsite parking. The bathroom was clean and modern. The room was quiet and private.

The access to the accommodation was simple, straight forward and efficient. Telephone contact was good and questions answered effectively. All in all very satisfied.
There wasn't anything not to like really. Accommodation was fine location was good, a good base for travelling around and St. Bees was a lovely seaside village.

Under renovation still, wouldn’t class as luxury. Unfortunately the oven hadn’t been cleaned since the last user, I had to clean it before using, the dishwasher had dirty items in it
