The location is great. The staff was friendly. The place is clean and feels homey.
Two things:
- you can hear everything going on in rooms around you. Next and above.
- the breakfast, while served with good spirit and kindness unfortunately had no taste. And I've never not liked a breakfast before.

This lovely old traditional house has been renovated to a high standard but has kept the charm of an older property. It was spotlessly clean. Really good shower with loads of hot water.
They made a special point of catering for our daughter who is vegan...very thoughtful.
The parking is a little tricky being on a hill and when it's almost full of cars but we did manage ok.

Breakfast was fairly good. The guest house was clean.
Inadequate and insufficient cupboard space in one of our rooms - 4 of us between 2 rooms.
Rather low ceiling height.
