- Room Facilities - complimentary water, mini fridge, great selection of hot chocolate / mini biscuits
- Plug and USB placement (only on one side of the bed) and TV remote didn’t work properly
- Breakfast - service was slow, short window to eat which made things feel rushed as it took a while to be served for hot food / coffees and incorrect coffee orders (dietary requirement)

Breakfast was standard, mushrooms were disgusting, but the rest was fine.
Room 15, ridiculous. Getting to it up an almost vertical staircase, so narrow, trying to carry a holdall, totally, totally, unacceptable. Health and safety need to take a serious look at that.
