The room was very nice and cozy it is in a lovely location with only a 1 minute walk to the beach

Breakfast was very nice also the room was lovely had everything you needed from mini fridge to teas and coffees whenever you want

Dvd player didn't work and there was no biscuits with the tea and coffees

Would stay again .

Location was ideal for me , didn’t have breakfast as I was up for the surf lifesaving championships so had to leave very early. Room small but perfect for my needs , comfortable and clean . Ten minutes walk to the pavilion and just far enough away from the bars the was no significant noise . Free parking a massive plus

If I have to fault anything it was having to hold the toilet seat up , the building is next to a busy road so expect some traffic noise ( obviously)

Car parking was easy. We were greeted by the friendly & helpful owners on arrival. Our room was very nice & even had a fridge (the chocolate bar was a bonus 👍). Good location too 👍👍

An amazing B&B with great hosts

We had the attic suite, Jules and Ray has made it a home from home. Lovely having a separate sitting room and shower/ toilet room. A great location.. close to train station and a few minutes from the beach. You can see the sea from the bedroom

Great location for a quick weekend away. Friendly staff and spacious room. The en-suite was a little rough around the edges and in need of a little modernization.

Brilliant quiet comfortable stay with great hosts and location.

Brilliant stay. Welcoming and friendly. Able to check in a little early which was a bonus. Lovely quiet room, beautiful uplifting quotes and photos across the B&B. Loved the coffee pods and quiet fridge. Breakfast made to order, great quality and plenty of it. Faced away from the road so I got to enjoy the sunset over the buildings and a road away from the beach so easy access to the sea and a beautiful sunrise. Quiet location with an easy walk to the town and train station. Great cold water swimming location felt safe as lots of locals keeping an eye out and even in October the toilets and little places to eat and grab a coffee were open along the sea front.

Self service toast could of done with some tongs. But otherwise fab!

Bed was very comfy. Room had everything you could need, even a hot water bottle if you needed it, the hosts really have thought of everything. The room was very clean. Right next to the beach just perfect . Thank you 😁
