The room was very nice clean and comfortable.
The decor was lovely and had everything and more included,even thought of extensions at the side of the bed ,alot of places dont think about this so well done for that.
Overall pleasant stay .
When booking The Beachcomber on the website the front page stated Breakfast so we had a choice of paying £300 for a room up near the town without Breakfast.Or £297 at The Beachcomber with what we thought included Breakfast 😳
However after placing the booking we got a message from The Beachcomber saying Breakfast was not included as we had booked via a website and not direct with them 😑
This was very frustrating as it appeared it was included on the front page and said nothing about having to book direct to get Breakfast 🙄
So as we wernt getting Breakfast in the end we thought may as well book the closer to town one then ..except when we tried to cancel it wanted full payment, so we had no choice but to stay here
And its a good 15 mins walk from the town 🤷♂️.so maybe that needs to be more clearer in future .
Also when we recieved the rules of what to do and not to do .. these were accompanied by a outpouring of what previous guests had done ..
I.e Ate takeaway and ruined the smell of the room or bedding, smoked in room etc ,Taken the keys and lost them causing costs , I just felt I didnt need to hear a list of what previous guests faults were tbh and felt it a bit disrespectful to previous guests staying there
By all means lay your house rules out but we dont need the added comments about what has previously happened as it had nothing to do with us and it felt uncomfortable .

Owners are wonderful people, very welcoming. Rooms have all amenities possible, loads of sockets, even hair conditioner.
Single room is small but please note that it is not a big hotel rather a house size (11 rooms I believe).
Breakfast was great and all prepared fresh. Easy to add if not booked originally.
Hotel is located just across the road from the beach.
Possible that missed checking one of the shelfs but a hair dryer would be great.

Loved the top floor with separate sitting room, bedroom and bathroom, only downside would be the 46 stairs to get there !!
