Didn't have breakfast not really breakfast people. Room was fine shower pressure was a little laking but to be expected in very old buildings water was always nice and hot. Towels, coffee etc were help yourself on a small landing outside of our room very handy. Parking on site was a good thing as parking in Weymouth is very limited and sometimes a long way from where you are staying.
All ok in Guest house. Seagulls are a health and safety issue that should be addressed by the local council. They attack you so that they can steal your food if its on your plate or in your hand. They terrify young children, search in your picnic bags for any food they can get and the mess they make is a health hazard.
