Good but noisy room.

Breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. Room was very spacious, The Bed was comfortable.

The room was good, but at night time the piping that ran along the top of the bedroom wall was very noisy and it was constant all night and in the daytime as well. It was very noisy mostly at night time due to it being quiet from the daytime noise. The first night we didn’t get hardly any sleep due to the noise. We mentioned it to the owners and she said it could be the fan outside, “for which it wasn’t “ or the piping running across the main wall, then we were offered ear plugs. The second night was exactly the same, and in the end we just got up, got dressed and left and this was 2am in the morning, also meaning missing breakfast which we had paid for. The room was Room No 1, so if you do decide to stay there, as you definitely don’t want room No 1.

Large double room with en-suite, and comfortable bed

The breakfast menu could have more options for people with small appetites..the location was close to the sea front and shops

It was a shame about the parking, as you had to park down by "The Park" pub which was not near the guest house,

Short stay with friends

Rooms were very spacious and had everything you needed. Breakfast was very good. Had fun one evening using the dominoes and Scrabble and other board games. Very welcoming.

Room would have been big enough for a king size bed, just preference.

Really enjoyed our stay at this guest house

Great little guest house, literally a two minute walk from the door to the sea. We had a larger room to the front with a good view of the beach off to one side from the bay window. The hosts were really friendly and the breakfast very good. Like a lot of the sea front properties there is no parking but the hosts can provide you with a permit for the long stay car park (about 10 mins walk away) and there is space outside to unload a car first. So no dramas there.

A spacious clean room with all facilities and opposite the sea front. Delicious breakfasts and very welcoming hosts who went above and beyond. A brilliant location for enjoying Weymouth and exploring the Jurassic Coast.

Lovely guesthouse, great breakfast, perfect location.

Brilliant location, with wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and such comfortable beds. Really appreciated the phone call on the first night to let us know about the fireworks, we’d have had no idea otherwise! The breakfasts were also lovely, very generous portions and great quality food.

Could have maybe done with another quick dust in the bedroom, and it would have been nice to have to option to refill your own juice/water at breakfast, but otherwise no complaints.

Overall ok but wouldn’t stay again

Location is great, couldn’t be nearer to beach. Breakfast was fantastically tasty. Hosts were friendly.

The water pressure is awful on bathroom taps and also shower. Towels were very small. Small thing but some water in the room would be great. Overall decor is very tired and needs modernising. In breakfast room no water, milk for cereal not displayed. Only one toilet roll in room for whole weekend
