We were made very welcome, well worth the money . And the parking was really helpful. The breakfast was lovely too.

Jean was very welcoming, friendly, helpful Rooms were comfortable and clean, daily renewal of towels, tea etc.. Definitely recommend to others We were visiting friends, ideal location

Comfy bed and pillows with lovely linen. Breakfast was great. Location excellent.

Sadly and disappointingly we were only able to park behind the B&B property on 2 out of our 3 night stay, due to the inconsiderate parking of other residents.

Breakfast was nice,Jean was truly knowledgeable about attractions and where to go. Access to beach was 50 meters from B/B. Train Station 5-10 mins walk which was helpful.Bedding clean and changed during stay, as was the towels.

Being 77 years old both my wife and I struggled to climb 45 stairs to reach our attic room,shower really hot when having shower the cold water tap not working so could not cool water, had to have shower with the hot water, told Jean, told she would look at it.Had to endure this all week. Can you imagine having to come back each evening after day on beach only having to stand in boiling water.The lock on room door was broken, to the extent having been locked in room to resort to having to use mobile for her to come and let us out.The one of two windows only opened about 10 inches so we or anybody else would not have been able to escape if fire or any other emergency happened.The other window didn't open. The fridge which was stored bottom of cupboard which can only be described as wardrobe was found to be dirty not having been used.
