The one thing I could say was it would be nice to have a mirror near a plug so you can dry your hair. The nearest mirror was in the Bathroom.

Not for us.

You can park outside guesthouse to unload the car. Parking at rear of property. Very helpful. Pleasant host. Shower room, tired, but very clean. Breakfast was fair.

This is for the owners. Front windows need a clean. The first view into the property is through dirty windows. It's not like the pictures advertised, decor very tired. When you step into the guesthouse, there's an overwhelming heavy smell of shake and vac through the whole property. Landings need a hoover, hair, and peeled paint on the floor. Chesil room, cold. I like a fresh room, but not cold. The broken radiator thermostat was on 5, but the radiator was barely warm. Velour polyester quilt cover, pillow cover, and fitted sheet. Needs to be crisp cotton. My daughter picked hairs out of the bedding. Bed quilt was like a tea bag. We slept in our sweat shirt and joggers all night. It was cold. Pull out the bedside cabinets and give it a clean and hoover. King-size room was 2 single beds pushed together. Very soft, lumpy beds with a feeling and sound of springs when you roll over. Suggest also not to squeeze 2 pillows into one pillow case?? All out of shape and way too high for your head and neck. We ended up pulling a pillow out of each pillow case. Chuck the decorative dirty cushions that are on the bed. Unfortunately, it was not the most enjoyable stay. Left day early.

Nice little short stay in Weymouth.

Big bed, good location, hot breakfast. Hot shower. The dog is allowed to come with us.

Just me but the bed was a little uncomfortable and the pillows need replacing. But saying that I do love my own bed and pillow.

Location was decent and staff friendly

Feel bad saying it because they were so nice but property was very tired and in need of tlc…. We ended up leaving early and staying elsewhere...

Great situation. Owners very welcoming.

Breakfast was lovely. Our son was taking part in the Iron Man and Diana kindly got up early to warm food up for him. The location was very central and we could see the sea from the window.

accessible for everything , shop , restaurant . the beach was across the road . we only stay for 1 night but Diane was very accommodating . we feel at home and comfortable x love to come back again .

Nice breakfast

Too many narrow stairs to the our room. Decor needed updating. Carpets needed hoovering. A trickle of water out of the tap. Wardrobe/ cupboard too small for long clothes. Not actually a wardrobe

Our stay was adequate for the price we paid as the location was central to most amenities.

Breakfast was adequate. Location was good for amenities such as beach and transport.

Was quite noisy at night due to busy outside traffic. Windows when open rattled at night - would benefit from double-glazing. Too many narrow stairs.

Lovely people and breakfast with just a short walk along the seafront to central Weymouth.

Staff, breakfast and room were great. Almost everything we needed was on hand. Good to have parking at the property.

We had a problem with an item in our room but this was immediately rectified. Some usb plugs would have been helpful.

Comfortable bed, convenient little sitting room annexe to the room for the dog to sleep in.. Good breakfast. Well cooked, good sausages (always a test of stablsihment quaity).

Didnt tell us it was three flights up steep stairs lugging baggage and dog when booking (Booking .com fault?). Bathrooms tired and grouting a bit mouldy. Npne of which caused a problem, just slightly poor attention to dtail. . At £135 a night bot particularly good value for money. but chosen for relative proximity o restaurant we were visiting and avaiability.

Location right opposite beach, onsite parking which can be difficult in Weymouth. Space in garden to lock our bicycles up. staff were very friendly & accommodating. Requested an early check in which was a bonus as was later check out.

Stairs to bedrooms but not a problem for me. Bit noisy with road out front but if you want seafront then this is compromise.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Having car parking on site is a bonus especially along Weymouth sea front. Although we don't have a dog you wouldn't have known that dogs stayed there our bedroom so so tidy and clean

Ensuite a little small however if you want a private bathroom it was not a problem

Hosts and location were brilliant - as it was for only 2 nights and they were lovely hosts did not want to upset them.

Skirting boards TV wires lamps shelves towel rail very dusty and bed had several hairs - towels stained - toilet roll holder rusty and the hand sanitizer on entry was empty and the top of it was filthy

Excellent value for a very enjoyable stay

The owners were just terrific! Very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was lovely and relaxed - no rushing us out. Charlie’s breakfast sausage was much appreciated. Not just dog friendly, but dog welcoming!

Lovely guest house

Great location, very warm welcome, the owners were very attentive and the staff friendly. The room was very spacious and we slept really well in a nice big comfortable bed. The breakfast was good and set us up for the day. The guest house had parking facilities so we didn’t have to organise anything. I will definitely book again! Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

A most enjoyable break

Breakfast was great with lots of options. Location was excellent only a short walk to seafront and amenities. local pub for evening meal recommended was close by and excellent value. Hosts very friendly nothing too much trouble.

Lovely place to stay for a short break

Short 10 min walk into Weymouth and a lovely stroll in the opposite way to Bowleaze Cove where we had a rest then caught the bus back into Weymouth. The free car park and the lovely breakfast.

That's lovely!

We had a large bed with a comfortable mattress, the room had a wardrobe, toilet, shower, towels, shower gel, body lotion, kettle, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, TV🤩 Breakfast was excellent, I was lucky enough to be offered a special breakfast. It was crepes with jam and sour cream - the flavour of my childhood. Thank you, Diana!! There is a car park on the territory.

Location was good, although the parking is at the back of the property it was quite tight to park. Breakfast was mediocre.

Perfect little getaway

It was right near the beach with parking onsite Our puppy loved meeting new friends and her sausage at breakfast. Diana and Andy were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend to others.
