A good seaside hotel with outstanding staff.

The staff are excellent, all care, all gave good service. Josh on the entertainment was excellent. A great location and good value accomodation.

For us, the room was a little small and overall the hotel feels a little tired. We enjoyed our stay and it was good fun.

Disappointing. Would have rather stayed in the premier inn.

Parking. Madness! Was advertised with private parking, that’s arguable. And we were told we’d have to pay to park on site in an already full car park. We stayed in the annex building, there were cars parked everywhere with barely enough room to walk between. The room wasn’t clean, lots of minor defects. The hall way wasn’t great, carpets all dirty and stained same as the walls. Bed, duvets and pillows disappointing.

Good stay by the sea.

The restaurant was great, the sauna was beautiful, staff were friendly. Right opposite the beach.

The hot tub only had half the jets working, our room was really hot (but we sorted that) the bathroom was very small. Parking was very expensive

Lovely stay!

I only had a 1 night stay, but I was made to feel so welcome, as was my dog. We were warmly welcomed, and offered the circus- themed room. What fun! It was really lovely. The hotel offers a range of pub games, holds events, and is incredibly central. If I come back to Weymouth I will definitely re-book. Thank you, Jubilee!

Breakfast delicious. Room had everything I needed. Staff friendly and workmen very helpful in guiding me into carpark space. I would stay again.

Super friendly staff, room beautifully decorated and comfortable, really handy being on the ground floor as we took our dog, location is amazing right opposite the beach. Would definitely stay again!

We went for a silver room with sea view. The only thing I didn’t like was the four poster bed and decor, it was a bit chincy but was clean with great views, and for the price I could put up with it.

The staff were all so lovely, and made sure we always were happy. comfiest bed i’ve ever slept in!

room was freezing, put the heating on low, and then it was like a sauna. The drunk people in the bar were very loud (i understand there’s always drunk people) my bathroom towel had a big hole in. The bathroom overall wasn’t the best- shower head was unclean and pressure awful, hairs still in sink. Felt the bathroom let the room down a lot

I ordered a breakfast the day before. and they didn't have all the items I wanted, and the free Wi-Fi wasn't as good as I thought it was no internet connection.

Great entertainment, all the staff we encountered were more than friendly, polite and actually said hello just because they wanted to! Our room had a lovely sea view. Three chimneys bar is brilliant, board games to play, very family oriented. Good buffet breakfast. Comfortable stay. Good location. Would definitely stay again

Car park is tight but hand the cars and let the staff do the rest. Our shower was abit compact, but more than adequate for a family of 4

In my gold standard room the mattress was soft and comfortable. Large shower big enough for 2 (tested). Room size was great, having space for 2 chairs plus a small table. Hair dryer and fresh coffee machine

Had to wait for breakfast as items ran out while waiting for other items. No bottled water provided in the gold standard room. Not enough towels as only 2 and not 4 provided in the gold standard room. Smokehouse bbq was very disappointing

The hotel was chaos, staff was friendly. The booking and computer bills are a disgrace. I have sent a bill on my credit card for £234 which I do not know, they didn’t even send me an email or a bill to see what it was about just took the money.

Staff were amazing, friendly & fun. Very comfy bed. Food was fantastic, had dinner, breakfast & the carvery. Entertainment was great, so much fun.

The cleanliness needs a bit of improvement, a lot of dust in the room, smeared mirrors and discolouration in bathroom which can easily be fixed with mould & mildew spray 😀

Most enjoyable

Staff very friendly. Room size good, excellent view. A nice atmosphere and the evening entertainment was most enjoyable especially the booby prizes in the quiz.

We booked a meal however although the hotel was busy it took almost 1 1/2 hours to get our food. The food was however good.

Expected better for my money considering the photos on the website

The breakfast was good and the evening meal.

It was noisy, with doors banging. We had a sea view room, but the road was so loud as the window was single and not double glazed, so the wind was coming through it and the noise. The carpet was dirty and didn't fit the floor. The shower had mould in it in the corners. There was a picture above the bed that fell off the wall. There were hairs on the bedding, it's was a little dusty.

Awful, won’t be back

I will be filling a formal complaint about the staff and the state of my room but after having had a lovely stay there in the summer with my family, this recent solo stayed has ensured we will never stay there again, primarily down to some staff and the very poor cleanliness of my room and lack of sleep

Amazing experience wonderful staff but food needs to be better

Loved the entertainment and the staff were so accommodating and helpful big shout out to Josh for the wonderful bingo and all the bar staff including Jess and I think Chloe who made the best cherry bakewell cocktail ever!

The food could have been better the first day we arrived the food in the evening was excellent apart from the gammon needing a little bit more charring on the fat everything was perfect even down to the puddings couldn’t fault the breakfast Saturday and lunch was lovely but Sunday morning the scrambled eggs were dry and tasteless the coffee machine coffee tasted burnt and my Saturday evening meal wasn’t nice either I had the frickles which were hard in the middle and batter was burnt on the outside the small plate corn dogs which were burnt sausage in Burnt batter and the popcorn shrimp was hard my partner did the beast feast challenge which was amazing but the chicken was dry and the ribs tasted like pure tomato puree which wasn’t nice so it was a mix but other than that staff are incredible massage parlor was incredible! All in all amazing experience with you all
