We were actually upgraged to the jubile hotel on arrival (sea front :) , massive bonus in terms on location , room was perfect ground floor, perfect for the dog , room was spacious, light ,decorated lovely and very clean Didnt actually realise we had breakfast included , buffet breakfast lots of choice and tasty ,lovely friendly staff , will def stay again really enjoyed it

Nice location. Clean room. Friendly staff
Just a tired room that needs a revamp. Outside terrace area handy as we had our dog with us but really grotty. Our room was just by reception (basically a cupboard downstairs), so it was noisy and intrusive.
