Good location , comfortable but small room. Good off road free parking and very tasty breakfast. Staff pleasant.
Poor shower function. Low pressure and lukewarm each day. Kettle leaked. Used cups not replaced each day. Television only had approx 8 working channels. Decor of room and throughout was tired and damaged. Cobwebs around windows and on ceiling. Wallpaper ripped, marked. Paintwork shabby. Stair rails wobble. Fridge in communal area not clean.

Location of property was quite good, where it was central to local attractions. There was onsite parking at the property with an ‘okay’ breakfast.
We were given rooms No 4 and 6 - They both are NOT en-suites, so both rooms had to use the one common bathroom located on the floor, essentially it was a public bathroom and not private. This was a major let down. The bathroom was not clean at all !
To be honest we were just too tired and was too late to look for another place at that point.
