This was a last minute stop to see the bennets water garden on the way home from a road trip. We arrived late but the hosts were very happy to wait and help out. The room was up some steep narrow stairs which was tricky for my mum but they were more than happy to help and the room was small but comfortable. Sweet little ensuite which was clean and tea and coffee table was much welcome. The breakfast was lovely cooked to order snd the atmosphere was all in all so friendly and relaxed.
The only things bits that couldn't be helped because of the way the building is. Like steep stairs and sloped ceiling on top floor but overall it's good. It's no 5 star fancy hotel but for a bnb it's lovely. Comfortable clean and friendly with free parking and easy to find.

We loved everything about this property, the friendly staff and lovely welcome. This is my 3rd stay here this year, and we will continue to stay wherever we visit. I visit my son and his family 4-5 times a year, this is the first place in 10 years that I have returned to. Would highly recommend.
