We enjoyed our stay, breakfast was excellent. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location is good and easy walk to seafront. Bus stops are very near the guesthouse . We travelled down by train, station was not far away.

The breakfast was superb, and even on days we were up early and away before the breakfast timings, we were given cereal, yoghurt, toast, coffee...
Carparking. It's difficult due to location and local restrictions but carparking is tight and can mean shuffling of vehicles with other guests.

Breakfast very good ,owners lovely
Due to the excessive heat it was uncomfortable in the bedroom as insufficient cooling of the room .this was not the owners fault just stayed there on the hottest weeks we've had
