Excellent location, just a minute or two from the beach, close to the town down the promanade. Room was functional with plenty of space. En-suite was as expected for this type of guesthouse and the shower was good.
Parking in the area is tricky but we had alternative arrangements for our car so that wasn't an issue for us.

We liked the location, it was nice and quiet, the bed was clean and comfortable and the owners were friendly.
One day there was not enough hot water for us both to have a shower.
