Location was good, 2 minutes from the seafront and 15 minute walk to town. I stayed in the deluxe single room which had a double bed so I was happy. The room had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. I had a hairdryer and a fan , plus wardrobe space and drawers. Breakfast was lovely and Maria and the staff were very friendly.
The tiny sink in the bathroom made filling the kettle tricky.

Bed was too hot with the covers underneath the sheet. Was exceptionally hot weather though

It was very close to the beach. Maria was lovely and very organised and excellent price. Breakfast was always hot and well prepared. Fantastic place hopefully we will be able to return next year.
It was a bit hard on my husband as he is very seriously ill and unfortunately we had the last room at the very to of the house 4 flights I think. We didn't realise so did not ask for a lower room when we booked it was our fault not the Guest house and it was full so we managed we will still be back next year.
